PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE HANDBOOK OF RULES AND REGULATIONS HAS BEEN UPDATED AND IS AVAILABLE IN THE STORE.

PLEASE READ THE UPDATED VERSION CAREFULLY AS ALL RULES WILL BE ADHERED TO AND ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

GUIDELINES

 

1. Owners/Members and Affiliates are responsible for their children or other dependents at all times.  Owners/Members and Affiliates are financially responsible for any damage to the facilities of Skyline Ranch Resort that is caused by any member of their family and/or their guest.

2.  No one under the age of 21 may be left on resort property without the Owner/Member or Affiliate present.

 

3.  No one under the age of 18 is allowed in the weight room or Jacuzzi room at any time.

4.  No one under the age of 14 is to be in the pool area without a parent or legal guardian present.  Responsible person must be in the pool area and not in any other part of the clubhouse.

5.  Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the upstairs of the clubhouse unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

6.  There is a 10:00 P.M. curfew for children under the age of 18.  Quiet hours are between the hours of 10:00 P.M and 8:00 A. M., except on holiday weekends when the quiet hours are 11:00 P.M. through 8:00 A.M., unless there is a scheduled resort event.

7.  Taking care of your pet is your responsibility.  No animals are allowed inside the clubhouse or in the swimming pool area.  Service animals who aid someone’s disability are permitted.  Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the proper designated receptacles around the campground.  Pets must be on leashes at all times; there is a fine for non-compliance.

8.  Please clean up your area from all debris and garbage prior to your departure.  A cleaning fee will be assessed if the area is not picked up completely.  This includes fire pits.  Garbage is to be taken to either one of the two dumpsters located by the clubhouse or the bath house on the hill.

9.  No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.  Excessive consumption of alcohol is not permitted in the pool area.  Appropriate swimwear is required at all times in the pool area.

10.  No one shall use any drying lines on any accommodations.  This includes RVs, cabins, tents, and chalets.  Towels and bathing suits from the pool are the only exception.

11.  There is to be NO WASHING of any type of vehicle on the resort at any time.

12.  Absolutely no “FOR SALE” signs are to be displayed while at the resort.

13.  All facilities of the resort are used by Owners/Members and their guests at their own risk.

14.  The SPEED LIMIT for all vehicles is 7 ½ MPH!  Violators will be charged a $20 fine if speeding.

15.  Unlicensed motor vehicles cannot be operated on the resort property, with the exception of wheel chairs, or golf carts when properly registered.

16.  Tents and other personal belongings may not be left unattended for more than 24 hours.  The resort is not responsible for theft or damage.

17.  Persons using campsites are required to use either their self-contained toilets or SRR comfort stations.

18.  No sewage is to be drained anywhere except through the SRR’s wastewater treatment system or at the dump stations, which are provided at no extra charge.  If you are not sure of these areas please come to the Li’l Country Store for details.

19.  It is the responsibility of every Owner/Member and guest to report any violation of any rule or regulation to security.

20.  All guests must be registered by the Owner/Member or Affiliate at the front gate.  A $5 fee for guests age 4 and over will be required to be paid at guard house or Li’l Country Store upon arrival. Guest is defined as being anyone not living in your immediate household and anyone living within your household that is 21 or older.

21.  To use the Jacuzzi, please pick up the key at the guard house (45-minute time limit).

 

22.  All vehicles and/or tow trailers must be kept at the site assigned to the owner, member or guest.  No more than 2 vehicles per site.  Visitor parking is available as posted through-out the resort.

23.  At no time nor under any circumstances shall the Developer or its successors, assignees or Skyline Ranch Owners Association be held responsible for damage or loss due to theft, vandalism, fire, windstorm, or any other cause or act of God.

24.  Use of generators and/or electric heaters other than those which are installed as original equipment is prohibited.
